Specifically, recordings or performances on this site must not be used to simulate Rachel Capell’s voice or likeness, or to create any synthesized or “digital double” voice or likeness of Rachel Capell. 

Users of this website must not sell, or transfer recordings or performances downloaded from this site without the knowledge and consent of Rachel Capell. 

Users of this website must not enter into any agreements or contracts on behalf of Rachel Capell which utilises all or any part of any of the recordings or performances by Rachel Capell without her knowledge and consent. 

Users downloading recordings and performances from this site must ensure that all reasonable actions are taken to make secure those recordings or performances stored in digital format are accessed by unauthorized third parties, including remote ‘cloud’ storage or online data banks.
